Vietnamese corn pudding (Chè bắp)

♥ Ingredients:
(4 ingredients)

2 large ears corn
2 pandan leaves
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp turmeric powder (Or a few drops of yellow food coloring)
½ cup (100g) sugar
3 cups (720ml) water
2 tbsp tapioca flour + 4 tbsp water

Coconut milk:
1 5.6-oz small can (165ml) coconut milk
2 tbsp (25g) sugar
A pinch of salt

(4 phần ăn)

2 trái bắp
2 lá dứa/ lá nếp
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê muối
¼ tsp muỗng cà phê bột nghệ (hoặc vài giọt phẩm màu vàng)
½ cup (100g) đường
3 cups (720ml) nước
2 tbsp muỗng canh bột năng + 4 tbsp muỗng canh nước

Nước cốt dừa:
1 5.6-oz lon nhỏ nước cốt dừa (165ml)
2 tbsp (25g) muỗng canh đường
Tí xíu muối
